How to Apply
The Admissions Process
We've made enrolment as straightforward as possible — four clear steps from application to your first day.
Application
Complete the application form and email it along with the required documents to admin@ksis.edu.my. Our admissions team will acknowledge receipt within 2 working days.
Payment
Upon application review, complete the Registration Fee and Security Deposit payment to secure your child's place. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer within the timeline communicated by the admissions team.
Admission Letter
After payment is received, you will receive an official Admission Letter confirming your child's reserved place at KS International School for the upcoming academic year.
Assessment Test
Your child will then sit a short assessment to help us understand their current academic level and tailor the right support. This is not a pass/fail test — it helps us plan the best learning experience for your child.
What You Need
Required Documents
Malaysian Students
- Recent passport-sized photograph
- Copy of MyKid / IC (child)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Health certificate / immunisation record
- Previous school academic transcript or report card
- School leaving certificate (if applicable)
International Students
- All documents required for Malaysian students (listed above)
- Copy of child's valid passport
- Copy of parent(s) valid passport(s)
- Copy of student visa / dependent pass (if applicable)
