Our school day is structured to maximise learning time while ensuring students have the energy and wellbeing to thrive throughout.
Monday – Thursday
7:40 am – 3:00 pm

A Day in the Life at KS International School
Arrival & Registration
Students arrive and register with their class teacher. A calm start to the day.
Morning Assembly
Silent reading, student presentations, and school announcements. A mindful, structured beginning.
Academic Periods Begin
Core Cambridge subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Computing, Social Studies, and more.
Recess / Break
Students enjoy a nutritious breakfast from the cafeteria and free time on the school grounds.
Academic Periods Continue
Language studies, Character/Moral Education, and specialist subjects.
Zohor Prayer
Muslim students perform Zohor prayers in congregation at the school mosque — a daily spiritual anchor.
Co-Curricular Period
Mon–Thu only: structured activities — swimming, taekwondo, drama, public speaking, sports, and more.
Dismissal
School day ends. Students are collected or proceed to after-school enrichment on request.
Important Notes
- Enrichment and remedial sessions are available after school hours on request — please speak with your child's class teacher.
- On Fridays, casual attire (smart casual) is permitted for students and staff. School uniform is required Monday–Thursday.
- Co-curricular activities take place during the final period on Monday to Thursday only. Friday dismissal is at 1:00 pm.
- The school follows Malaysia's national public holiday calendar. All holidays are communicated in advance via the school newsletter.
