On Friday, 29 September 2023, KSIS celebrated Mawlid an-Nabiy — the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) — with a full programme of meaningful and engaging activities for all year levels.

The event was organised by the school's intern teachers under the leadership of Mr. Ghofiqi, who coordinated the day's proceedings with care and enthusiasm. Students from lower primary took part in a coloring competition depicting Islamic imagery, while upper primary students participated in a knowledge quiz testing their understanding of the Prophet's life and Sunnah.

A highlight of the celebration was the nasheed performance presented by a group of students, whose melodious voices filled the school hall with songs of praise for the Prophet. The performance was warmly received by teachers, students, and guests alike.

The programme concluded with a prize-giving ceremony, where winners of the coloring competition and quiz were recognised and rewarded. The celebration was a reminder of the school's deep commitment to nurturing students' spiritual and moral development alongside their academic growth.
