The Five Golden Rules
The Five Golden Rules
This academic year, KSIS took an exciting step in making its core values more actionable and accessible to students of all ages. The school's Five A's — Aqidah, Akhlaq, Adab, Amanah, and Amalan — have been reframed as the Five Golden Rules: five clear, practical behavioural guidelines that every student can understand and apply in their daily life at school and beyond.
The transformation was designed to bridge the gap between values education and real-world behaviour. By making the five pillars tangible, teachers have found it easier to reference them in the classroom, on the field, and during assemblies.
Students responded enthusiastically to the new framework, with many reciting the Five Golden Rules at morning assembly as a daily reminder of who they aspire to be. The school believes that character education begins with clarity — and the Five Golden Rules provide exactly that.
